Nacho Burger Sliders

Yum
Last summer Marvelous Mac n Cheese Burgers and Philly Cheesesteak Burgers were hot burger recipes on the blog.

But, the most popular burger recipe of 2014 was a burger with the works.
This burger had zucchini ribbons and a blue cheese sauce!  It was even featured on BlogHer!

So what will the summer of 2015 bring?
This year A Sprinkle of This and That is starting with a Nacho Burger!

A Mexican seasoned burger smothered in Colby Jack Cheese, salsa, guacamole and some tortilla chips...you may need a fork and knife for this baby!

Get your grilled stoked up and be prepared to lick your plate clean.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 a taco seasoning packet
8 ounces Colby Jack cheese slices
crumbled tortilla chips
salsa
guacamole
lime
1 package slider buns
Directions:
Prepare your grill.
Flatten ground beef into burger sized patties that fit your slider bun.  Sprinkle each side of the hamburger patty with the taco seasoning.  Grill burgers over medium hot coals until desired doneness.  Remove from grill and squeeze a bit of lime over each burger.  Place each hamburger patty on the bottom part of a slider bun.  Top with a slice of Colby Jack cheese followed by your favorite salsa, guacamole and tortilla chips.  Place on the top slider bun.

I so want to sink my teeth back into these burgers!  I love the chips on the burger too!

Remember, vote often and share on social media if you like this burger.  There will be a new burger recipe weekly and on Labor Day I will announce the most popular burger of the Summer of 2015.  (Vote early and often, the Chicago way...kidding, just kidding.  But do vote often!)

Thanks so much for stopping by.
