A dark chocolate brownie topped with chocolate mousse and chocolate sixlets. I included a strawberry flavored pirouette cookie too...just to be extravagent!
You know I like simple, so here you go...
Ingredients:
1 box of brownie mix (I used a dark chocolate brownie mix)
1 envelope of Dream Whip Whipped Topping Mix
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 pkg Jello Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
chocolate sixlets
pirouette cookies
Make brownies according to package. Let cool.
For the mousse, mix the contents of the whipped topping envelope with 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 tsp vanilla. Beat on high for 4-5 minutes or until mixture forms peaks.
In a separate bowl, mix together 1 1/2 cups of milk with the pudding mix. Beat for about 2-3 minutes.
Stir in the whipped topping mixture.
Use on cooled brownies or refrigerate until ready to use.
To assemble, layer a square piece of brownie topped with mousse into a glass. Add sixlets and pirouette cookies to embelish.
The mousse is so light and pairs so well with the dark chocolate brownie.
All of the embellishments really push it over the top!
Really, do you need it to be National Chocolate Mousse Day to celebrate?
I think not!!!
This would be an awesome dessert anytime!
Celebrate the little things that make life chocolatey sweet!

I was too curious and wanted to try Robinson buckler then i contacted him through his email, he assured me 100% that he will heal me, i pleaded with him to help me out. My experience with him was great, he healed me just as he promised. he sent me his medication and ask me to go for a medical check up after two weeks of usage. i agreed with him i took this medication and went for a check up, to my greatest surprise my result was negative, i am really happy that i am cured and healthy again. I have waited for 3weeks to be very sure i was completely healed before writing this testimony. I did another blood test one week ago and it was still Herpes negative. so i guess its time i recommend anyone going through the same way. reach him through his email address: Robinson.buckler @{{ yahoo }}. com.
