Raspberry Drumettes

Yum
Oh my gosh!
I missed the game of the season!
Sunday's Packer vs Seahawk was apparently amaaaazing!
We were in the car in the middle of nowhere, after returning our college daughter to school.  We only had the radio and the radio sportscaster's super enthused voice announcing what was happening.  I guess the last 2 minutes were the most exciting in football history!  Yep, we missed it!  But, we'll live and can only hope that the Super Bowl will be just as thrilling.
Speaking of exciting, I am super pumped about these wings.  Today is the day, it's time for
Weekly Wing Challenge
and I am thinking these are the BEST yet!

Raspberry Wings
are so flavorful, finger lickin' good and your tastebuds will be incredibly happy!

Raspberry Wings have a fabulous raspberry flavored glaze...finger lickin' AWESOME!

orignally from Mr Food
Ingredients for 20 wings./drumettes:
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
20 chicken wings or drumettes
non-stick cooking spray
1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, minced garlic and pepper.  Add chicken wings and coat.  Marinate coated chicken wings for 1 hour in the refrigerator.  Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Spray a large, shallow cooking pan with non-stick cooking spray.  Place marinated wings onto cooking pan.  Throw away extra marinade.  Bake the single layer of wings for 50-60 minutes, or until cooked through.
While the wings are cooking, combine the seedless raspberry jam and sweet chili sauce. Mix well.  When wings are completely cooked, pour the raspberry glaze over top to completely coat the wings.  Serve.

I sprinkled on a little parsley to really make those wings pop!
But let me tell you, that raspberry flavor is AWESOME!
Sweet, tangy and utterly delicious!

I may have missed the best playoff game in history, but I sure didn't miss out on some really yummy wings!
