'Tis the season of apples!
This past summer was a relatively cool one, but the heat has finally kicked in. Regardless of the temperature, September marks the arrival of apples. Picking apples and munching on apple cider donuts become the activity of the month...although, I won't be getting rid of ice cream sundaes just yet. :) Hopefully you will have a chance to pick your own apples or head to a farmer's market and grab a bushel or two. So, today I thought we would look back on some fantastic apple inspired recipes and I will give you a teeny, tiny preview of some apple recipes to come this month.
