Cheesy Garlic Biscuits

My family knows when seafood is being served in the house, there will be either hush puppies or cheesy garlic biscuits accompanying the meal.
So, when we all sat down for some Peel-n-Eat Beer Boiled Shrimp, there was a basket full of these tender, cheesy, garlicky biscuits!

Have you tried Peel-n-Eat Beer Boiled Shrimp?  Oh my gosh, click the link to find out how easy.  Such a fun way to serve shrimp right smack in the middle of the table.  But you know every good seafood meal needs a batch of Cheesy Garlic Biscuits!  I could eat them all!

Full of cheese!  Moist and tender with lots of garlic!

2 cups of Bisquick Mix
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 cup milk
2 Tbsp melted butter
1 tsp of additional garlic salt
Preheat oven to 375.  Grease your baking sheet.  Combine the Biscuick, garlic salt and cheese in a bowl.  Add the milk and stir until just combined.  Drop clumps of the dough onto a greased baking sheet.  Bake for 10 minutes.  Meanwhile, melt the butter and add garlic salt.  Brush the butter mixture onto the tops of the biscuits and then return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes.

Next time you cook up some seafood or chili or a bowl of soup, add this side.
Cheesy Garlic Biscuits are totally worth the carbs!

Celebrate the little things that make life sweet,
