The Big Game is over and we have begun a new month.
Valentine's Day is just around the corner and on to some recipes that your sweeties will love!
You will love them too because they not only look incredible, but they are easy!
Lots of little bites coming your way, but let's start with today's cutie...
Frozen Strawberry Cupcakes
Blizzard? Feet of snow on the ground? Groundhog report got you down?
Frozen Strawberry Cupcakes are sure to put a smile on your face.
Ingredients to make 1 dozen:
1 21 oz can strawberry pie filling
3 cups softened vanilla ice cream
1 package of thin chocolate wafer cookies
Directions:
Reserve 1/3 cup strawberry pie filling in a small bowl. Line a muffin pan with cupcake liners. Mix softened ice cream and strawberry pie filling. Spoon in 1 1/2 Tbsp strawberry ice cream mixture into each cupcake lined muffin. Top with a chocolate wafer cookie. Divide the remaining strawberry ice cream mixture among the muffin cups. Top with another chocolate wafer cookie. Spoon on a strawberry from the reserved strawberry pie filling. Freeze overnight.
