Strawberry Shortcake Parfait

Lots of super fresh Strawberries around here!

I remember picking them with my grandparents.  My grandma used to ask what in the world was I going to do with all the strawberries?

I love strawberries and can eat them plain.  But, how about as a fancy looking - really quick - throw together impress your table mates - kind of dessert?  Are you interested?

Strawberry Shortcake Parfait that can be made in short order.

Here's what you need to make 4 parfaits...

1 cup chopped strawberries

16 mini cream puffs (can be found in your grocery store's freezer)

3 Tbsp sugar

chocolate syrup (however much you want!!!)

Get some fancy parfait glasses (makes the dessert look ultra impressive).  Put four cream puffs into each glass.  Mix together 1 cup chopped strawberries and 3 Tbsp sugar.  Spoon that over the cream puffs.  Pour on the chocolate...you decide how much.
