Fancy Shmancy Monkey Bread

I have made many types of monkey bread from sweet to savory, but this is the fancy schmancy monkey bread of them all!

We save this recipe for special occasions...it is not waistline friendly, but oh so good.  This is a great recipe to share with company for breakfast...they will LUV you forever!  The best part is that you prepare this the night before and just pop in the oven when you get up in the morning.  The delicious aroma will wake your family up and if they were questioning their love for you, they won't anymore!  Ha!  Ha!

Ingredients:
18 frozen bread dough balls
1 package of butterscotch pudding mix (not instant)
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
3 tsp cinnamon
1 small package of chopped pecans
non stick spray

Spray a bundt pan with non stick cooking spray.  Sprinkle in the pecans.  Put in 18 frozen bread dough balls (no more!!!  they expand) and sprinkle with the cinnamon and package of butterscotch pudding.  Melt the butter and add the brown sugar.  Let it cool slightly, then pour over the dough balls.  Cover with plastic wrap and let sit on the counter overnight.
Bake in the morning at 350 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.


You will have the best sleep EVER because your breakfast is working it's magic!  Just needs to be popped into the oven and DONE!  This fancy schmancy monkey bread is ooey, gooey good!  Yep, you'll be licking your fingers!
