Orange Cream Mimosa Mocktail

Yum
I know you are crazy busy right now, so I am going to get right to it.
4 ingredients. Mix, freeze and serve straight from the freezer to your holiday table.
Christmas morning...yes!
New Year's Day brunch...yes!

Orange Cream Mimosa Mocktails have that creamy orange flavor and the fizziness that typically comes from champagne.  But, this is a family friendly recipe and uses soda water!

Talk about dressing up your breakfast!  Wow!

Ingredients:
4 cups orange juice
2 Tbsp orange zest
ice cream, softened
soda water
Directions:
Mix orange juice, orange zest and softened ice cream in a bowl until combined. Spoon orange juice mixture into a freezer safe flat plastic container.  Freeze the orange juice mixture for 8 hours.  When ready to serve, use a fork to scrape frozen orange juice mixture into a glass.  Pour soda water over top and serve.

Make Christmas morning or New Year's day extra special with Orange Cream Mimosa Mocktails.

Celebrate the little things that make life sweet,
Christine
