Chocolate Chip Cookie Tiramisu Cups

Yum
Chocolate Chip Cookie and Tiramisu?
Enough said.  The dessert combo of my dreams!

Chocolate Chip Cookies are the little holders for the sweet creamy tiramisu that is spiked with some Kahlua!  I told you!  A heavenly dessert!

Dust with some cocoa powder to finish 'em off.  Then you can devour each and every last one all by yourself...well, I guess you can share.

Ingredients to make 2 1/2 dozen:
1 roll of refrigerated  chocolate chip cookie dough
4 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 Tbsp Kahlua
cocoa powder for dusting
non-stick cooking spray
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  Spray a mini muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.  Press tablespoonfuls of chocolate chip dough into prepared muffin pan.  Bake at 325 degrees for 10-12 minutes.  Remove pan from oven and let chocolate chip cookies cool in the muffin pan for 20 minutes.  Chocolate Chip Cookies will sink in the middle and create that cup for the tiramisu.  Remove gently from pan and repeat with remaining cookie dough.  Once the chocolate chip cookie cups have cooled, add the tiramisu filling.  To make the filling, use a mixer to mix cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, sugar, vanilla, unsweetened cocoa powder and Kahlua until stiff peaks form.  Spoon into cooled chocolate chip cookie cups.  Dust with cocoa powder and refrigerate.

Milk and cookies have just gone to a whole new level!
