Chicken Cordon Bleu Pinwheels

Yum
I am always on the hunt for quick and easy meals that I can throw together after a day at work.
These Chicken Cordon Bleu Puff Pinwheels fit the bill!

These pinwheels come together quickly and are great with a side salad or a bowl of soup.

Let's get right to the recipe.
adapted from Mom on Timeout
Ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry, defrosted
1/2 lb of deli honey baked ham
1/2 lb of deli chicken breast
1/2 lb Swiss cheese
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease a baking sheet.
Roll out defrosted puff pastry.  Layer ham, chicken and cheese.  Roll up puff pastry from long end to long end.  Slice and place on greased baking sheet.
Brush each pinwheel with beaten egg.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 15 minutes, or until golden.
Whisk together honey and Dijon mustard.  Serve with pinwheels.

Does that look good or what?  Can't go wrong with that for dinner!
Kids will be happy with the dinner choice and you will be happy with the quickness of putting the meal together.  Win, win for ALL involved!

Celebrate the little things that make life sweet,
Christine
