1 cup of blueberries, sliced in half
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
2 dashes of ginger
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 tsp cilantro
Mix all ingredients together. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour to allow flavors to meld together.
