Leprechaun Cookie Bark

Yum
Another quick treat that is sweet and salty too!
Your family will be so lucky if you make this!
Leprechaun Cookie Bark

Sweet and salty at it's best!  One of my favorite bloggers, Home Based Mom, has created a leprechaun masterpiece!

Ingredients:
14 whole Oreos, broken up. I used the ones with the green filling but regular will work fine
1 1/2 cup pretzels, broken into pieces. I used the small stick pretzels
1 lb chocolate melts
1 cup mint mm's
white colored sprinkles

Cover a large cookie sheet with wax paper.
Spread broken cookies, pretzels and about 3/4 cup of the mint mm's onto the waxed paper.
Place chocolate in a container and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
Stir and then microwave for another 30 seconds until melted and smooth.
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cookie mixture, spreading with spatula if needed to coat evenly.
Sprinkle remaining mm's and white sprinkles over the chocolate while it is still wet.
Place cookie sheet into refrigerator until set and firm.
Remove and gently break bark into small pieces.

Doesn't that sound good?  With those ingredients, you know it has to be magically delicious.
I think my family will be pretty lucky to have this treat!

Celebrate the little things that make life sweet!
