Super Bowl Snacks would not be the same without dips and chips, but if you are looking for something a little lighter, how about a Buffalo Chicken Salad? Yummy!

I saw this on The Food Network. It is a great idea for a lighter offering during the big game or anytime you crave that buffalo wing/blue cheese flavor!
Ingredients:
2 boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup wing sauce
1 bag of lettuce
2 carrots cut into small strips (you can purchase them already done that way)
1/2 cup Blue Cheese Dressing
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cut the chicken into strips and toss with the wing sauce of your choice. Arrange the chicken in a baking pan and bake for about 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven.
Toss your carrots and lettuce together.
Top with chicken and then add the Blue Cheese Dressing.
Pretty simple and an awesome, lighter alternative to add to your Super Bowl Snack Feast!
