Ingredients per person:
1 whole wheat naan
layer of hummus to taste
2 Tbsp feta cheese
chopped cucumber
chopped tomato
shredded romaine lettuce
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
Take the whole wheat naan and spread on some hummus to your liking. Sprinkle on the feta cheese, chopped cucumber and chopped tomato. Mix the shredded romaine lettuce with the balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle that on top of the cheese, cucumber and tomato.
Could that be any easier? I think not!
