Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

Yum
This bread never fails to disappoint!

The best part is that it makes 3 loaves!  One to keep, one to freeze and one to give away.

It is perfect for breakfast, a snack or on your Thanksgiving table.  Quite the treat!

Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread
I have used a recipe from www.allrecipes.com for many years and this by far is my favorite chocolate chip pumpkin bread.

Ingredients:
3 cups white sugar
1 can pumpkin (15 oz)
1 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup water
4 eggs
3 1/2 cups flour
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp ground nutmeg
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease and flour 3 bread pans.
In a large bowl, combine sugar, pumpkin, oil, water and eggs.  Beat until smooth.  Add the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda and salt.  Mix until combined.  Stir in the chocolate chips and walnuts.  Pour into your prepared pans.  Bake for 1 hour.  Cool on wire racks for 20 minutes before removing from the bread pans.
