Creamy Herbed Mayo

Time to head into the garden and do some herb snipping.
This Creamy Herb Mayo has so much flavor from the fresh thyme, basil and chives.
With just a little mixing, it is a wonderful addition to burgers or chicken sandwiches.

I love the flavor of this mayo especially because I could add my own garden fresh herbs.
Grab some from your garden or look for the packages of fresh herbs in the produce section of your grocery store.

1/2 cup olive oil mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
1 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped
1 tsp fresh chives, chopped
1/8 tsp fresh ground black pepper
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.  Place Creamy Herbed Mayo into the refrigerator for 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.  Serve on burgers or chicken.

Burgers never tasted so good!
