Blue Cheese Biscuit Sliders

Yum
Yesterday, we spent an absolutely gorgeous day in the city of Chicago.
I absolutely love the city and it's a great reminder as to why I live outside of Chicago.  I need to remember these times when it is 0 degrees...good times will come.  Anyhow, college girl is leaving in less than a week, I will be back at work full-time and high school girl will be back at school soon.  So, we are eeeking out every last minute together with lots of summer fun.  Like I said, we were in the city at the Green City Market!  Super impressed with this farmer's market!!!  You'll hear all about it tomorrow, so check back!  But, today, let's focus on these yummy sliders!

You would think the strip steak slices would be the star of the show?  Steak is always good...but the real star is the biscuit...they are Blue Cheese flavored biscuits!  When you use the Blue Cheese biscuits as slider buns for tender, seasoned steak, garlic mayo and lettuce...well, the combo is fantastic!

Fire up the grill to cook your steak or sear them inside on your stove top.
Slice up the steak and place the pieces on warm, straight from the oven blue cheese biscuits.
You will be impressed with the explosion of flavors!
