I have few ingredient recipes coming your way over the next few days. Today, Pesto Provolone Stackers are on the menu!

An appetizer for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or NYE! You name the occasion, Pesto Provolone Stackers are a great addition. You can even serve them for lunch or dinner with a bowl of soup.
3 ingredients! Gotta love that!
Purchase some pre-made focaccia and cut into squares. Making mini Pesto Provolone Stacker makes them really fun too!
Ingredients:
1 pre-made, purchased focaccia
8 ounces pre-made pesto
provolone cheese, quartered
Directions:
Slice focaccia into 1 1/2" squares. Slice each square into thirds. On bottom layer, spoon on some pesto, then top with a piece of provolone. Top with another slice of focaccia, more pesto and a slice of provolone. Add the top piece of focaccia. Use toothpicks to hold in place.
