On to another frozen dessert made with my favorite snack, Sheila G's Brownie Brittle™ .

A dessert with Sheila G's Brownie Brittle™  is a an extra special one!
Super simple to make, just needs some overnight freezing time.

Layers of lighter strawberry ice cream

Ingredients:
4 cups low fat strawberry ice cream
1 8-ounce container whipped topping
Chocolate syrup
Strawberries
Directions:
Line a bread loaf pan with parchment paper.  Whip ice cream until softened. Fold in whipped topping until mixture is well combined.
Place large pieces of Salted Caramel Brownie Brittle onto the bottom of the parchment paper lined loaf pan. Place a large piece of Salted Caramel Brownie Brittle on each short side of the loaf pan.
Spoon ½ of the strawberry mixture on top of the Brownie Brittle pieces. Lay more pieces of Brownie Brittle on top of the whipped strawberry ice cream. Spoon the remaining whipped strawberry ice cream on top.  Freeze overnight.
Before Serving:   Fill individual plates with pools of chocolate syrup. Remove Strawberry Sweetheart Slice from freezer.
Remove the strawberry loaf from the pan. Slice and place each piece into the pool of chocolate syrup. Add a strawberry or two to finish off.  Serve immediately.

Told you it was easy.  Makes an impressive light, creamy dessert.
So, next time you grab yourself bags and bags of your favorite chocolate snack,  Sheila G's Brownie Brittle™  of any flavor, save some to make this yummy Valentine treat!
