Oscar Night Snack Mix is packed with goodies!
No, there isn't a coupon to stay at a villa in Tuscany, but serving this treat in champagne flutes make it totally red carpet worthy! So what does this snack mix include?
Hot cocoa popcorn, dark chocolate covered raisins, cashews, golden raisins, marshmallows and honey graham cereal round out this snack mix.
And the Oscar goes to.....YOU!

Ingredients to make hot cocoa popcorn:
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup unpopped popcorn kernels
4 Tbsp hot cocoa mix
Directions:
In a large pot, place vegetable oil and 1 popcorn kernel. Turn heat to high. When the popcorn kernel pops, add the remaining popcorn kernels. Continue to heat and pop kernels. When popping slows, remove from heat. Place in a large bowl, toss with hot cocoa mix until all the popcorn is covered.
Ingredients to make Oscar Night Snack Mix:
hot cocoa popcorn
2 cups honey graham cereal
2 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 cup golden raisins
1 7 ounce package dark chocolate raisins
3/4 cup cashews
Directions:
Toss all ingredients together.
A sweet and salty combo!
