Chocolate Peppermint Pancakes

Yum
So, I've been thinking...
Are you on the good list or the naughty list?
Or, are you on the border?
Need something to push you over onto the good list page?
If you make
Chocolate Peppermint Pancakes
you will be FOREVER on the good list!

It's like eating cake for breakfast!  Gasp!  It's okay because it's Christmas!
Oh my gosh!
Chocolate Pancakes that are light and fluffy topped with whip cream,
chocolate syrup and peppermint sprinkles!
You know you've been good when this IS breakfast!

Originally from Betty Crocker
Ingredients:
2 1/3 cups Bisquick
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
2 Tbsp melted butter
chocolate syrup
whip cream
peppermint extract
Directions:
Mix together Bisquick, baking powder, sugar, cocoa powder and milk.  Whisk in 1 egg, peppermint extract and melted butter.  Heat a skillet to medium high.  Melt 1 Tbsp butter and pour on the pancake mix.  Cook one one side until bubbles appear on the top of the pancake batter, then flip.  Cook and additional 2 minutes.  Serve with whip cream, chocolate syrup and peppermint sprinkles.

I told you.  Santa's good list for sure!
