Triple Grilled Cheese Bites

Yum
There is a big game about to happen.  Did you know?
I bet you did!  Super Bowl weekend is just a few days a way.
Snacks, commercials, snacks, half time entertainment, snacks, oh...and some football will be going on too!  Ha!  All that football watching makes a family hungry and we wouldn't want that.
Triple Grilled Cheese Bites will fill those growling tummies!

Served warm, each little sandwich is toasted and oozing with cheese!
Not just one kind of cheese.  To be Super Bowl worthy, these grilled cheese bites are made with 3 kinds of cheese!  Triple yumminess!

Ingredients:
1/2 - 3/4 cup of Gouda cheese, shredded
1/2 - 3/4 cup of Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 - 3/4 cup of Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp milk
loaf of French bread, sliced into 1/2" pieces
unsalted butter
Directions:
In a shallow dish, whisk together beaten eggs and milk.  In another shallow dish, place grated Parmesan cheese.  Mix cheeses together.  On one side of bread, top with a cheese.  Place another slice of bread on top.  Dip each flat side of the sandwich into egg/milk mixture.  Coat each side in Parmesan cheese.  Melt unsalted butter over medium high heat.  Place each sandwich into melted butter and cook for approximately 3-4 minutes per side before flipping.  Serve warm.

Serve with your favorite chips or soup.  Perfect for the Super Bowl or anytime you want an easy lunch or dinner that is so much more than grilled cheese.  It's Tripe Grilled Cheese Bites!
The Gouda, Swiss and Cheddar are delicious together and I love how the Parmesan makes a crispy coating.  You will too!
