4 Ingredient Stuffed Banana Peppers

Yum
My garden got off to a real slow start this year, but it has really picked up.
The latest goody coming from the garden?
The plant just loaded with a veggie?
My banana pepper plant is producing a ton!

Using banana peppers in salads, pizza and omelettes add such a wonderful flavor.
You know what?
Banana peppers can be the star of the show too!

Super simple to make and only 4 ingredients.  Can't beat that!

Crunchy sweet banana peppers with a garlic goat cheese.  Each bite leads to another and another and another...totally addicting!

Perfect for lunch or a football snack.  Yep, football season has returned!

Ingredients:
banana peppers
4 ounces garlic herb goat cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp milk
chili powder
Directions:
Slice each banana pepper in half, lengthwise.  Scrape out the seeds.  In a bowl using an electric mixer, mix garlic herb goat cheese and milk.  Spread goat cheese into each banana pepper half.  Dust with a sprinkle of chili powder.  Keep any extras in the refrigerator.

Sometimes simple is fabulous!

Celebrate the little things that make life sweet,
Christine
