Lemon Cream Danish

It's a
Lemon Cream Danish!

You can whip up these babies for breakfast faster than you can do the lemon twist!

1 tube crescent rolls
1/3 cup vanilla yogurt
1 jar lemon curd (can be found with the jelly and jam in your grocery store)

Unroll the crescent rolls and press the seams together.  Then cut in half and cut each rectangle in half so that you end up with 8 squares.

Place 1 Tbsp vanilla yogurt in the center of each square.  Place 1 Tbsp of lemon curd on top.  Fold up the sides and pinch the edges.  Place on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees.

I think you could make these before you have even had a cup of coffee!  They are simple and sweet yet tangy at the same time.  Can you believe it?  Only 3 ingredients!  I loved it with blackberries too!

While these are baking, then you can make your coffee...don't you think?
