Lemon Chicken Noodle Soup
is just what the doctor ordered.
It's easy to make and perfect for nursing you or your loved one back to health.

Ingredients:
1 48 ounce carton of chicken broth
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp oregano
salt and pepper to taste
4 Tbsp lemon juice
2 cups cooked/shredded chicken
1 cup ring shaped noodles
2 cups fresh spinach
Directions:
Bring chicken broth, onion, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper and 3 Tbsp lemon juice to a boil.  Add noodles and cooked/shredded chicken.  Cook over medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until noodles are al dente.  Add spinach just to wilt.  Squeeze in 1 Tbsp lemon juice.  Serve.

Breathe in the steam and feel the healing powers of Lemon Chicken Noodle Soup.
I don't know that it will cure ya, but it'll sure feel good going down.  The broth is lemony and soothing and the ring noodles are just fun!  Wilted spinach adds some extra vitamins to chase those germs away!
