Try it in a grilled cheese sandwich!
Really, can you ever get enough? It's like a double shot of cheese!!!
Ingredients per sandwich:
2 slice of sourdough bread
1/3-1/2 cup of leftover mac n cheese (depends on bread slice)
2 slices of cheddar cheese or American cheese
On one slice of sourdough bread, place 1 slice of cheddar cheese. Top with mac n cheese. Place the other slice of cheese on top as well as the final slice of bread. Butter one side of the bread and place down on your George Foreman Grill or fry pan. Butter the top side and flip after about 4-5 minutes. Grill bottom side until golden brown. Slice on a diagonal before serving.
