Jack Frost...in a Glass

Yum
In keeping with the end of winter break theme...how about a little something for the adults of the family?

Yesterday I posted a fun Snowman Breakfast for the entire family, but this would be for the adults ONLY!

I came across a drink recipe for Jack Frost and it looked soooo good!  Check it out!

I could not find where this originated and wish I could give credit where credit is due.  Perhaps Jack Frost himself shared his speciality drink?  This not only looks good, but is sooo good too!

Jack Frost Recipe:
4 cups ice cubes
1 cup pineapple juice, chilled
1/2 cup blue curacao
1/2 cup light run
1/2 cup cream of coconut
4 slices of pineapple

For the rimmed glass look (yes, that is a term...rimming), you will need to mix together some sugar and coconut.  Dip your glass in water and then dip into the sugar/coconut mixture.  Now you are ready for the drink.
In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.  Pour into glasses.

Wow!  That will warm your insides!
It's always fun to try new drinks, especially ones that look so pretty!

Celebrate the little things that make life sweet!
