All that Buffalo flavored chicken held in a crispy wonton wrapper!
Perfect for popping, well maybe it's a two biter.  :)

If you can make an appetizer in just 7 ingredients, this will so be a favorite for you and those that are doing the munching!  It's a busy time of year so having an easy appetizer is always a good idea.  You never know when guest may pop over and you can whip this up in minutes!  Just keep all the ingredients on hand for just those occasions.

Ingredients:
24 wonton wrappers
1 cup shredded chicken
2 ounces cream cheese
1/3 cup blue cheese
1/4 cup creamy buffalo wing sauce
1 green onion, chopped
nonstick spray
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Whip cream cheese with an electric mixer.  Then stir in, by hand, wing sauce, blue cheese and chicken.  Spray a mini muffin pan with nonstick spray.  Line each cup with a wonton wrapper.  Bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes.  Remove from oven and fill with chicken mix.  Bake an additional 8 minutes.  Remove from oven and serve.

Only 7 ingredients and less than half an hour to create these delicious Buffalo Chicken Wonton Poppers!  By using a creamy buffalo wing sauce, these appetizers aren't spicy.  If you want spicy, pick out your favorite hot wing sauce and use that instead.

I think you will really enjoy these appetizers!
Celebrate the little things that make life sweet,
Christine
