Cranberry Butter

Cranberries are not just a flavor that says November.
No way, the flavor and color say December too.
Here's an easy way to dress up your breakfast waffles using those little jewels!

Cranberry Butter can be used on waffles, muffins or toast.  You name it!
Very easy to make and takes things to a whole new level.

Ingredients:
1 stick of unsalted butter (1/2 cup)
1 1/2 Tbsp honey
1/4 cup dried sweetened cranberries, chopped
1 Tbsp orange peel
Directions:
Whip together all ingredients.  Shape cranberry butter mixture into a log.  Serve.

Pour yourself a cup of coffee or tea and prepare to really enjoy your breakfast.
Quick, easy and so yummy!  You could also throw in some Sugared Cranberries to really make things special.  Check yesterday's post or click on the link.
