Quick Mini Strawberry Sweet Rolls

Looking for a quick breakfast or a speedy afternoon snack?
I gotcha covered...

Mini Strawberry Sweet Rolls
and they are really quick to make!

I think I am turning into Strawberry Shortcake...just can't seem to get enough of that strawberry flavor this time of year.  So when I spotted a package of puff pastry lurking in my freezer, I knew what I wanted to create.  Do you ever have those moments when ingredients just click for you?

Ingredients:
1 sheet of puff pastry, defrosted
1/4 cup strawberry jam

Grease a cookie sheet.  Roll out your puff pastry sheet on a floured surface, just to eliminate the seams.  Spread on the jam to within 1/4 inch of the edges.  Roll up, slice and bake at 375 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.  Serve.

Aren't they cute?  The pastry is light and flakey with swirls of strawberry jam throughout.  This is another recipe in which to get the kiddos involved.  See how I am trying to get your kiddos into the kitchen with you?  They can help spread the jam, roll and slice.  You can even switch up the jam flavor to your favorite too.  Add a cup of coffee for yourself and some milk for the kiddos and you have a yummy breakfast or an afternoon treat.

Celebrate the little things that make life sweet,
