Don't believe me?  Check this out...

Ingredients:
1 loaf of frozen bread dough, defrosted
2/3 cup baking soda
butter
1 egg
1 Tbsp sea salt
1 Tbsp poppy seeds
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
Directions:
Defrost your loaf of bread dough overnight.  Divided dough into 8 parts.  Roll each part into a rope shape.  Cut into 4 nugget size pieces per rope.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bring 9 cups of water and 2/3 cup baking soda to a boil.  Drop pretzel nuggets into boiling water.  Cook about 2 minutes or just until preztel nuggets float to the surface.  Butter a cookie sheet and plae nuggets on the cookie sheet.  Beat an egg.  Brush each nugget with beaten egg.  Sprinkle sea salt, poppy seeds and sesame seeds over each.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 16-18 minutes.  Brush with 1/2 cup melted butter.  Cook an additional 8-10 minutes.  To get an even smaller size nugget, cut each baked nugget in half.

Don't you just want to gobble those baby nuggets up?
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or serve just plain, they are absolutely delicious on their own.
See what I mean about being easy?  You know I am ALL about simplicity and taking the ordinary to the extraordinary.  It all starts with an ordinary frozen bread dough loaf and turns into an extraordinary snack, Everything Soft Pretzel Bites!
