Slow Cooker French Dip Sandwiches

The Super Bowl is a mere 9 days away!
Are you having a party or just hanging out and watching it with your family?
For me, when my hometown team isn't there, it becomes more about the commercials, the half time show and the snacks.
'Cause isn't that what Super Bowl watching is all about?
So before switching over to Valentine's Day, I thought I'd start sharing some AWESOME snacks ideas for the BIG game!  Grab your deflated football (ha, ha) and let's get snackin with a
French Dip Sandwich!
It starts in your slow cooker, yea baby!

I soooooooooo love my slow cooker!
The best stuff comes out of that pot!
The meat for this sandwich is so tender and flavorful, just waiting to be dipped in au jus!

Ingredients:
1-2 lb beef brisket
salt
fresh ground pepper
2 1/2 cups beef broth
1 cup chopped onion
2 tsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp flour
1 baguette
Directions:
Salt and pepper both sides of beef brisket.  In slow cooker, pour in beef broth, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and flour.  Place the brisket into the filled slow cooker.  Cook on low for 7-8 hours.  Slice baguette into mini sandwich sizes and then slice in half.  Remove the brisket and slice.  Place meat on a slice of bread.  Cover with other slice of bread.  Serve with the au jus left in the pot for dipping.

Such simple ingredients that make the brisket so tender when cooked on low for hours and hours!  You can just sit back and wait while it cooks for YOU!  'Aint that the best???!!!
