Chili Lime Popcorn

Popcorn is a big snack item in our house.
We pop our own or purchase one of those skinny type variety already popped popcorn.
Either way, popcorn is a good snack item to have around.  Popcorn is a whole grain that satisfies the munchies when you really want something crunchy.  Here's a fun way to change up that plain popcorn into something that won't completly turn it into junk food.

Chili Lime Popcorn
is what you need!






Chili Lime Popcorn has a zingy lime flavor and a little kick!
Popcorn has never tasted so good!


OK you popcorn loving fans.  Here's what you need to do...make 8oz of popcorn or buy 8 oz of your favorite skinny or light popcorn.  Then lets get zestin'!

Ingredients:
1 8oz pkg of popped popcorn (or pop your own)
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp chili seasoning
1 tsp lime zest
1 tsp lime juice
additional 2 Tbsp chili seasoning
additional 1 tsp lime zest
Directions:
Heat oil, 1/2 tsp chili seasoning and 1 tsp lime zest.  Once warm, pour over 8oz pkg of popped popcorn.  Toss to lightly coat.  Sprinkle of additional 2 Tbsp chili seasoning and 1 tsp lime zest.  Continue to toss.  When evenly distributed serve.
