In fact, once you find out how to make Peppermint Cream Donuts, you won't purchase donuts again!

Are you ready?  Peppermint Cream Donuts are made out of the biscuits you find in tubes!
Really!  But wait, there is more!
Aren't you wondering about how to get the cream inside the donut?
This is a top secret trick that will make you look like a donut pro...

Use a turkey baster to create the pocket within the donut so you can fill 'em up!
Ha!  You thought you were done with the turkey baster for the season.  No way!  Get it back out!

Ok,  I know I have overexcited you with these donuts.  Sit down, grab a cup of coffee and check out this easy recipe.  Deep breaths will help too.  :)

Ingredients to make 16:
2 tubes of extra large sized biscuits (8 per tube)
1/2 cup melted butter
3.4 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups whipping cream
2 Tbsp crushed peppermint candy
2 cups powdered sugar
4 more Tbsp crushed peppermint candy
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Remove each biscuit from packaging.  Dip each biscuit into melted butter.  Place on an ungreased baking sheet.  Bake for 12-14 minutes.  Remove from oven and cool.  Use a turkey baster to create a hole in each biscuit.  Mix pudding mix, whipping cream and 2 Tbsp peppermint candies.  Mix with a mixer for 2 minutes.  Place peppermint cream in refrigerator to set up, approximately 10 minutes.  Spoon peppermint cream into a resealable bag.
Cut one corner off the resealable bag.  Squeeze the filling into the donut hole.  In a shallow dish, mix powdered sugar and peppermint candy.  Gently roll each donut in the powdered sugar/peppermint mixture.  Serve.  Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.

Your family will have the best Christmas breakfast morning ever
if you serve Peppermint Cream Donuts!
I don't know if you should wait.  These are easy enough to have a few times before then.
