Mini Chocolate Coffee Cups

Here is one last minute recipe you can include on your Easter dessert table.  Whether you serve brunch or dinner, this is an easy one to include.


Little phyllo cups filled with creamy chocolate with a little hint of coffee!


Dusted with cocoa powdered or not...


You know how I feel about mini treats...the best things do come in little packages!


Topped with Cadbury Robin Eggs candies...a perfect, quick little Easter treat!


Mini Chocolate Coffee Cups can really be served anytime of year!  Just replace the Easter candy with a chocolate covered coffee bean!

Ingredients to make 2 dozen:
1 cup whipping cream
1 tsp ground coffee
1/2 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 Tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 packages phyllo shells
1 package of Robin's Eggs candies
cocoa powder for dusting
Directions:
Place whipping cream and ground coffee in a cold mixing bowl.  Let sit for 5 minutes while coffee grounds dissolve.  
Add cocoa powder, sugar and cinnamon.  Whip until stiff peaks form. (approximately 15 minutes).  Fill the phyllo cups right before serving  Use a sifter to dust with cocoa powder and add your candy.
