Pumpkin Pie Cinnamon Cream

Feeling the stress yet?
Well, let me help...
Only 10 more days until Thanksgiving!!!  Yikes!
How's that?  Sorry, that was probably mean.
When I am feeling stressed, sitting down with a warm cup of coffee and a little treat while surfinng the web...takes my mind off of the surrounding chaos!
So let's do that together!
Join me in a cup of joe with PUMPKIN PIE CINNAMON CREAM.
It's FABULOUS in coffee and even better when on a gingersnap cookie.
Are you ready to let the stresses slide off your back, even if it is for only 15 minutes?
I AM!
And this recipe is so easy...so no stress added!

Starting brewing your coffee and by time the coffee is done, so will your pumpkin pie cinnamon cream.

Ingredients:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 Tbsp pumpkin spice creamer
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie filling
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Directions:
Place whipping cream in a mixer.  Whip until medium stiff peaks form.  Add in pumpkin spice creamer, cinnamon, pumpkin pie filling and nutmeg.  Mix until combined.

Serve with gingersnap cookies and put a heaping spoonful on your cup of joe then let your fingers to the work on your computer!  A little Pumpkin Pie Cinnamon Cream will help you destress and let your creativity flow...I promise!

Take time to celebrate the little things that make life sweet,
Christine
