Homemade Pepperoni Pizza Rolls

We have been having a difficult time with our tv remote.
Actually, I should clarify the we.
The girls and I can't seem to get the remote to work.
Hit a button for the volume, the channels flip.
Hit a button to change a channel, the volume changes.
I know what you are thinking...change the batteries.  Done it!  No improvement.
Or, maybe you are wondering why us silly girls just don't get up and change the volume/channels on the actual tv.  Can't!  Everything has to be done through the remote.  Us girlies were befuddled...
How could this be so difficult?  Meanwhile, weeks went by with this problem.  Suddenly Hero Hubby noticed that the "signal" box (not sure what else to call it) had fallen behind the tv.  That's why the remote wasn't working.  Who knew?  Don't you just hate it when your husband can step in and figure out the problem in mere milli-seconds?  Anyhow, I am going to be your HERO by sharing with you an easy dinner recipe.  Just like that, I'll solve your busy weeknight dinner issues!

Ingredients:
1 loaf of frozen pizza dough, thawed
olive oil
pepperoni package
1 package of shredded mozzarella
1 Tbsp basil seasoning

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Grease a baking sheet.  Roll out thawed pizza dough onto a floured surface.  Roll out until you make a large 9 x 13 inch rectangle.

Lightly brush the dough with olive oil.  Place 1 layer of pepperonis across the surface.  Next, sprinkle on the mozzerella and top with basil seasoning.

Roll the dough into a log, from long end to long end.  Place on your greased baking sheet.  Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from oven.  Let cool for 5-8 minutes, then slice and serve with some Marinara Sauce for dipping.

This is a pizza all rolled up.  Grab a slice and dip in some Marinara Sauce.
Fast, delicious and fun!  Your kiddos will love it and so will you because dinner can be ready quickly (as long as you remember to defrost the frozen pizza dough).  :)  Do that when you get up in the morning and then you will be all set.
