Whipped Strawberry Butter for an End of School Celebratory Breakfast

How about another strawberry recipe that is great on toast, waffles, muffins or biscuits?

Do you know what I am talking about?

Whipped Strawberry Butter

It will totally take your breakfast to a new level.

With all my chickens home in the nest and school for all is done, it is time to celebrate with a late morning breakfast.  Not just waffles, but waffles with
Whipped Strawberry Butter.

Seasonal Simplicity!
Strawberries in season...check.
Easy recipe...check.
Adapted from Just a Taste
Ingredients:
12 Tbsp butter, sliced and softened
2 Tbsp powdered sugar
3/4 cup chopped strawberries

Whip the butter for about 2-3 minutes.  Add the powdered sugar and whip again.  Finally, stir in the strawberries.

No syrup will be needed on those waffles.
The sweetness from the strawberies is such a good addition to waffles, muffins or anything else you can slather it on.  It is also pretty interchangeable.  Just add your favorite fruit and create your own whipped butter.

The school year is over!

Celebrate the little things that make life sweet,
