Holy Cow!

Yum
Holy Cow!

Well, I should probably say, HOLY PORK!

Asian Pork Tenderloin

This pork tenderloin is mouth watering!

This pork tenderloin smells divine!

You will truly say, HOLY PORK!

It is so easy...I know I say that all the time, but it really is and I love easy, deliciousioso recipes!

To make the Asian Pork Tenderloin, you will need:
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lime juice
2 Tbsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp honey mustard
1 pork tenderloin (do not use a pork roast...too tough for this recipe)

To make the marinade, combine everything.  Put your pork tenderloin into a 9 x 13 pan.  Pour your marinade over the meat.  Turn the meat over to coat all the surfaces.  Cover and marinade for about 30 minutes.
Fire up the grill, baby!
Once the grill is ready to go, drain the marinade and place the pork onto a medium hot grill for about 25-35 minutes.  Let stand about 10 minutes before slicing and consuming!  It'll be hard, but wait.

There you have it!  Very simple and since I don't actually grill, my husband cooks it...a little break for me!

Those are the little things that make life sweet!

  1. What's great about pork tenderloin, is they usually come with two in package, so you can easily whip this recipe up a week later.
